[Forum] mod spots open
Today I am officially opening applications to apply to for the position of ‘Trainee’ on the Forum.
There is no set number of people we are looking to hire, but it will obviously be a reasonable amount of individuals. No other positions are open, only this role.
I will close applications when it is appropriate to do so. It is likely this will be early October
We will be adding new staff each day if we feel they are worth placing on the team.
I wish you all good luck, and all the details for your application are below:
Trainees Explained:
Rank: Forum Moderator Trainee
Description: Trainees are advanced users with the ability to serve and help others on the forum. They are all 16 years old and over (future recruits). They receive training and guidance on how to resolve situations, and any situation they cannot resolve – help is at hand from a superior rank. They could be described as trainee members of staff. However, with dedication and loyalty to the forum it would not be long before one could anticipate a promotion.
To apply for the position to be a Trainee is to volunteer to help others. We are extremely strict on who we hire, and will only recruit the best. Please be prepared to be patient and take your time filling in the application form. You never know it could be you who we hire next!
