Today I am officially CLOSING applications to apply to for the position of ‘Cadet’ on the hotel.
We HAVE reached number of people we are looking to hire.
Cadets Explained:
Rank: The Cadets
Description: Cadets are advanced users with the ability to serve and help others on the hotel. They are all 16 years old and over (future recruits). They receive training and guidance on how to resolve situations, and any situation they cannot resolve – help is at hand from a superior rank. They could be described as trainee members of staff. However, with dedication and loyalty to the hotel it would not be long before one could anticipate a promotion.
I would like to congratulate everyone that made the team, and wish luck for those of you that apply in the future.
