Hey there,
Just thought I might aswell defend my postion of staff. The person was banned for: A chat on XAT were he asked for staff a numourous of times. If you don't mind Jess I would like a word atleast? I think who ever banned me should of thought of why I banned him in the first place and think things through?? No I ain't tottally annoyed and out of order like DarkNight was but I am sort of pissed off!

im pretty sure in the ban reason, it says talk to jess, meaning once we talk you will be unbanned and be welcomed back to the team. but ill unban you now and once we talk, you will receive staff back once we talk

Ben gets his staff postion back because this is his fisrt offense.
Where on the other hand you have multiple offenses.
